As the founder of Salpac, Terry brings a wealth of experience from
the banking sector – including senior management positions with
Challenge Bank Limited, Elders Finance Group Ltd, and ANZ Banking Group
Ltd.
Terry’s expertise lies in business development, modelling and
provision of advice in financial services and investment options.
Over the past 13 years, Terry has lead Salpac’s growth to achieve
its current status as a national organisation, recognised by customers
and competitors as the premier Australian supplier of tailored salary
packaging services.

Jason oversees the administration, financial management and audit obligations of Salpac.
Jason has significant industry experience, working in superannuation management with AMP prior to joining Salpac.

With over 10 years experience in banking at both Metway Bank and Macquarie Bank, Andrew is our General Manager - Client Services.
Andrew is responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

Noel combines over 30 years of commercial and retail banking
experience with the major Victorian banking institutions, with
specialist knowledge of the salary packaging industry.
Noel is responsible for Salpac’s marketing, new client acquisition
and customer service – earning (and living up to!) Salpac’s reputation
of superior quality and service delivery.
